CiTi alum Jacob Wise is a 2018 graduate from Oswego City School District and the Construction Technology program. After graduating from CiTi, he obtained a certificate from MVCC and now works for the Hayner Hoyt Corporation. The picture shows him helping to re-build the Carrier Dome in Syracuse. Wise said his Construction Technology Teacher Craig Mahon taught him everything he knows.
